What a great Sunday @ 26 Maplewood Place
Today couldn't have been better. I started the day with a nice long run, 10 1/2 miles, I am training for the More/Fitness Marathon. Then off to my open house at 26 Maplewood Place. What a beautiful day and the turnout was great. I had 16 people come through to see this wonderful house and everyone had great things to say. I think the best thing that everyone liked was the nice new Deck and the huge level back yard. Most everyone was surprised and happy when they saw the yard. I can't wait for the next open house on April 19th, if it has not already sold by then. The house is priced to sell for this market and the buyers are finally out there looking! Why not with so many incentives to buy, low prices, low interest rates, and the $8,000 credit for 1st time home buyers.
